Using Vasc-Alert
|
Learning how to use Vasc-Alert Vasc-Alert is more than just pressure readings! When you start Vasc-Alert, our clinical team schedules a review of your patient reports via conference call with an online meeting program. We generally schedule these online meetings a day or two after your reports are ready for viewing. The review can be set up with one individual (VAC) or with the whole team. Depending on the number of patients reviewed these calls are generally 20-30 minutes in length. During the review call, we will ask you for background on individual patients so that you can see how the reports reflect the patient access history. To get you moving forward, we also provide the support for clinicians to focus on developing individualized care plans for their patients' access needs. Generally we provide calls with start-up clinics once a week for the first month (or as needed). Many of our current Vasc-Alert clients maintain a monthly or quarterly patient review call after their start-up. |
