            Access definition: the access and needle gauge. The
             access should be identified as fistula, graft or catheter.
             Grafts and fistulas must be associated with a needle
             gauge for calculations to be made.

            Alert: Three consecutive values above the threshold
             (0.55).

            Complete measurement set: a blood flow (Qb), venous
             pressure and blood pressure associated with a time
             stamp, where all values are in range.
             (Qb>200, VP>20, MAP>65)
